I like the grilled chicken here but today we didn't order that and tried the new stoned hotpot with chicken soup. It's similar to the sauna mee at Mama Kim but I think Mama Kim one is better. Nevertheless, the pasta and the mushroom soup were nice according to my colleagues.
Snorkeling around the shore can't really see a lot of fish nor corals. I just treated it as a swimming exercise and of course we still enjoyed ourselves relaxing on the beach.
The weather was hot, the sea was blue and green. It's beautiful! We did snorkeling for awhile and being attacked a big group of tiny white jellyfish when we wanted to get closer to the area where all the colourful fishes were! The jellyfish were not poisonous but still it stings! Anyway, it's fun!
We booked a snorkeling trip to 2 islands - Mamutik and Sapi, and it costs us RM35 per pax including the boat trip and snorkeling gear, which we thought it's quite cheap.
An average hotel, just for a short stay. It's considered clean though which was good.
The food was just so-so to me.
The hotel is considered clean. Good for a night stay.
Superfood! Healthy and tasty!
The main dishes were disappointing for the price, the portion and the taste. You can try the tarts though.
A place where you find the old times goodies.
Recommended by a local to try their new pearl milk tea. It was not bad being it's cheaper than those famous pearl milk tea franchise shops. The chee cheong fun waa good, the rest was so-so.
It's a relax walk around this beach area.
Unique cafe in a bus. The coffee was ok. My friend said the rosemary green tea that he ordered made him thought that it's a lamb chop drink, which was a weird feeling, haha.
The food was not bad but nothing to shout about though.
Waiting for our boat to depart to the sky mirror area.
I didn't know Boat Noodle actually has rice options as well so I ordered the kra pow chicken rice to try it out and it turns out to be quite good.
