Today is an easy hike to Thangsing, which sounded easy but not quite for us. The starting of the journey was pretty pleasant, with flat path and nice scenery. We saw the "Mountain of Olympus", with an ice cap floating in the clouds. I head is pounding while I walk, at some moment it is so unbearable that I have to stop for a few seconds. The end of the path is a sharp descend to the riverside, followed by an ascend to a flat plateau among the mountains. The scenery is quiet astonishing, with pine tress and bush vegetations with vibrant colours.

Mei Ru is still not feeling well. The front-part of her shoe's bottom had fallen off. We start our journey around 8 am, and we reach around 1 pm. We are very slow that even our Yak transport overtook us. I'm not tired, just that there is something else which slow me down: either it's the headache, or the high altitude.

We fix Mei Ru's by tying it up with nylon string and plaster, hopefully it could make it through tomorrow. Mei Ru still feel like vomiting but couldn't with no appetite for dinner. We tried various traditional Chinese remedy such as Bou Zai Yun 保济丸, Kui Fung Yau 驱风油 and Chan Pei Mui 陈皮梅 hopeful that she would feel better tomorrow.
