The noodles and all components continued to be good. The sauce was addictive, with some pork lard and sweet prawn flavour, while the noodles were really qq. The pork belly was especially tender and unctuous. The only drawback was the onsen egg, which was a bit too watery and flavourless. And I missed the prawn wrapped with potato strips. But otherwise still very good and nice.

The story of A Noodle Story at Amoy Street is a story about good food as well as talent and spirit. It is a story worth retelling.
Lucky for us, we can all enjoy their delicious and exquisite noodles at an affordable price. And not surprisingly, the stall has been awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand 2017. I will definitely be returning to the stall soon.
For a relatively new stall, it did receive a number of accolades, and understandably some might comment that it was “over-rated”. Especially when the wait could be quite long.
