Tastes scrumptious where everything synchronizes well with each other, cendol soft, springy and has a heavy pandan fragrant, gula Melaka has a mild bittersweet flavor which compliments superb well with the cendol – Despite the hot weather in Malacca, ahh just feel like having bowl after bowl of it! 😉

I have all the time been contented with the Masjid Tanah Cendol until I tasted Auntie Koh's Cendol of which I rated the overall cendol one notch above the Masjid Tanah cendol after my visit to the stall. I was however relief that I can get good cendol nearby instead of having to drive all the way to Masjid Tanah.

Aunty Koh cendol is open during weekends only around 12-1pm till finish. From what I heard if you are there after 2pm, you are most likely too late. So, plan your time properly to avoid any disappointments.

The cendol (RM1.80) was top-notch. I have never eaten cendol this rich before. The green starch noodles were redolent of pandan leaves extract, while the lusciously thick and fragrant Gula Melaka (palm sugar) left a lingering sweetness in my mouth. Best.Cendol.Ever!! Auntie Koh uses fresh coconut milk for her cendol — no wonder it’s so good.
