Every order of the Pan Mee comes with a soft-boiled Egg, dried Anchovies, scoops of minced Pork and some Lard. The noodles were expertly cooked, slightly al-dente and meticulously seasoned. The minced Pork added a nice touch to the noodle dish, giving it an in-depth flavor. Good to go on its own but even better to add a dash of their home-made Chilies for the extra smokiness and chili kick. Something that I would not mind to eat on a regular basis, pretty good I must say.
