Fried kway teow. I tried it and yes, I did like it a lot – it tasted really good but somehow, I don’t quite recall Ah Tor’s to be anything like it. No doubt his was simpler or at least, it tasted that way, but it was also nice in its own right. Sometimes, there is beauty in simplicity…
