One of the signature Dim Sum dishes- Shrimp Dumplings... huge and plump Dumplings served with Sze Chuan-inspired, chili-garlic concoction. The Dumplings were meaty and the filling was generous but what made it unique was the sauce. The flavor-combo was amazing and definitely an appetite-whetter.
