螃蟹哥哥一向以创意煮法的螃蟹闻名,这道瓦煲甘香奶油螃蟹是其中一道店家推荐的口味。当天的螃蟹很大很新鲜,但是很奇怪的是味道并没有想像中的鲜。甘香奶油吃起来有点像香浓的咖哩,重口味得来却掩盖了螃蟹的鲜味,白白浪费了那螃蟹啊! 撇开螃蟹不说,这里的炸馒头是必点的。外皮香脆,里面又软又香甜,蘸着螃蟹的酱汁来吃,别有一番风味。
The sweetness of the crabs was accented by the Chinese wine and light soy sauce dressing. The soft and smooth egg enhance the overall experience, you can taste the marine saltiness which serves only to emphasise the character of the crabs.
The restaurant opened from 5PM through 11PM for dinner. Be there early or be ready to wait. We reached around 5.30PM, managed to get a table within the half occupied dining area. By 6.30PM, B Restaurant was already full house, with tables began stretching out outside the shop to cater more patrons.
