CNY 2020: De.Wan 1958 by Chef WanDaging rendang Selangor - superior, absolutely delightful and fork-tender beef rendang made with premium Australian beef cooked in creamy coconut milk, local spices and kerisik.
De.Wan 1958 by Chef Wan, The LINC KLThe Sup Ekor (RM33) is perfect for those who like to start their meal with something warm and comforting. The flavours are robust, with every mouthful tinged with local spices. The Australian oxtail is simmered until tender and falling off the bone.
Delicious Malay cuisine at De.Wan 1958 by Chef Wan @ The LINC, Kuala LumpurTaste:9/10(Delicious. I like their peanut sauce chicken as the meat is tender and the rich and creamy peanut sauce flavour absorbed into the chicken, makes this dish quite good. The oxtail soup is tasty with strong aromatic of local spices flavour. The soup is thick and the broth is tasty with their rice. The daging rendang Selangor is good but its not that memorable. The meat still not tender enough and this type of rendang is a bit wet. Bubur som som dessert is very good if you like very sweet stuff. I personally like the dessert. But if you don't like sweet, I don't think you will like such super intense sweetness of gula Melaka).
