One of the special ways to serve fish in DZH Fish Village is to slather the fish with greasy, spicy chili paste. We had the Patin steamed and served with soy sauce while the Tilapia steamed and served with their signature Chili paste. Both the fishes were very fresh and unique in its own ways. Though the spicy sauce was interesting, we thought it was a little too greasy to our liking.
