On paper, that sounded like a good thing. But in the process of getting it so crispy, it was also rather burnt...so much that all I could taste was burned potato, even if I tried covering it up with that sour cream. I don't think I'll get that again.

The nice thing was that they provided a good scoop of crispy rice without overwhelming it with that fried egg stuff.
If you are looking for a decent-tasting pao fan around Buona Vista, it’s hard to go wrong with this stall.
The best dish of the day was the mutton soup ($5). The rich thick soup was powerful enough to wake up any sleepy person.
The 6ixs gets rosti right. And for under $10 a serving with a thick cake of rosti and a protein on the side, we think it’s well worth it.
The rosti was quite nice, tasty, crispy with a slight char outside, soft and fluffy inside. Very good restaurant standard, surpassing Marche. The beef cubes were also not bad in terms of flavour, although a bit tough. Nice.
Despite these minor flaws, I still think that the 6ixs is serving up Rosti that is arguably better than what other restaurants like Marche are producing.
