Worthy of a mention here is the crispy pork lard which provided the occasional burst of crunchy saltiness to each mouthful of slippery noodles.

I have to say, perhaps my expectations were set too high, I wasn't impressed with this plate of noodles. Indeed you have the wok hei there, and for $4 it was a large plate.
