Looked pretty. I thought that it was a little too salty from the first mouthful of soba but the saltiness subsided very soon after that.
Scallops which were still partially rare were nice with their own scallop-y sweetness but you'd have to eat them fast or they'll continue to cook in the hot broth.
Healthy Soba IKI has a Christmas special. Burrata cheese topping on their soba. Nice.

Yes, it kinda reminded me of Shimbashi Soba, which I haven't been to in ages. But they don't give you sobayu here.
What appealed to me from their menu was that they had a variety of cold soba - something this country has a dearth of considering that we're under sweltering heat most of the time.
