In the end, I decided to give the beef noodles (RM7.00)…I would not say it was not nice, just that it did not have the old-time beef flavour that we loved so much way back then but I would say in no uncertain terms that I was not at all in favour of the rampant use of plastic – I do not recall the father using plastic during his time but of course, in those days, plastic anything was quite rare, almost unheard of. We certainly were a lot more environment-friendly in my younger days.
