Chilli paste plays an important role in curry mee and the combination of it adds great flavor and aroma to the dish. The spiciness of the chili paste will make you sweat, so add gradually.

Start with the Signature Beef Tok Tok which our choice of noodle was Wan Ton Noodles, the broth was thick and rich, with a bold Tomato flavor and a touch of sweetness. There were chunks of Beef, braised Radish and some Beef Balls. It was quite comfortable on the palate and we were happy with the lovely al-dente texture of the noodles.
