Mongolian Style Wok Tossed Australian Lamb Ribs with Pickled Chilli and Cucumber Ribbons RM45
No regret. It was sooo delicious! Really enjoyed the Australian lamb ribs coated in sticky sweet, smoky sauce, with faint hint of spiciness. Minimal gaminess, just wonderful tenderness in every bite. Wish to have some steamed bun to mop up all the leftover sauce. Even Summergirl gave thumbs up for this. Must-try when you are in Jibby Chow.
