Infamous street food Uncle popiah has been faithfully selling his famous fresh spring rolls (popiah). All this done on a motorcycle food cart along Jalan Mengkuang of Teluk Pulai, Klang. It is a famous and favorite tea-time snack among the Klangties (Teluk Pulai neighborhood).
As attractive as the interior design was, the food was a complete let-down. 3 out of the 4 orders we made were not available for a stupid reason- ran out of ingredients. -.- I mean... If you're going to operate on a Sunday, at least make sure you restock all of your ingredients the day before. We didn't get the chance to try their famous dishes and we were left with very very minimal choices. So do expect loads of pasta's from us. -.-
The signature drink is big red coffee, and the petals of big red flowers in the ice.
Some of them have flower tea which also with brewing process as the same as single origin. Single origin chocolate drink is awesome. Tastefully good, thick to my liking, with dark chocolate profile, very fragrant with coco.

This is the Nestle Prawns – unpeeled prawns cooked with nestum. The prawns were huge and fresh. They were so crunchy that I could eat it as a whole without peeling the prawns. This is one of the best dish that night.
The sponge cake layer and jelly like layer complement each other well. The sponge cake was not too dry and the jelly was not too wet or soft, therefore making the cake’s texture blend nicely when biting and chewing. The cake was also not too sweet, it is just to my liking of sweetness.
Long queue for some expensive but tasty pandan cake, something a tourist would do. There are some interesting old abandoned shops nearby.
This is a shop which is known for one thing: the pandan layer cake.
Overall, a good eat and reasonably priced and for those who can't wait at Four Eye, this can be an alternative, or they can move further afield for their meal.
The soup was out of this world. It should be the best in Klang.

Ribs at Peng Heong undoubtedly were the highlight, juicy and perfectly grilled. So was the mutton curry, the curry was thick and flavorful.
The restaurant also offers 瓦煲客家炸肉 Claypot Hakka "Zha Yok", 客家炸肉丸 Hakka Meat Balls, 阿叁酸辣鱼 Asam Fish, 胡椒豬肚湯 Pigs Belly Pepper Soup, 瓦煲咖喱羊肉 Claypot Curry Mutton, and the list goes on in their menu!

Before coming here, I have heard plenty of good things about Jalan Batai’s Char Koay Teow in Klang. Despite my initial skepticism and high expectations, it still managed to blow me away. So you can imagine how delicious this char koay teow is. It was definitely worth the hour drive we made all the way from Kepong.
Uncle Eng's Char Kuey Teow tasted delicious and so full of Wok Hei, an important feature of how a good Char Kuey Teow should be. Fried in a cast iron wok with simple ingredients using flat rice noodles, both smooth yet chewy texture with prawns, cockles, bean sprouts, eggs and Chinese chives.
The char kuey teow tasted below average, slightly too salty and not enough Wok fire!

这家Cendol很有自己的特色,首先料很足,红豆很大颗,Cendol也很肥、很大条,不像KL机器做出来那种细细长长的Cendol 仔细一看,会发觉这里的Cendul颜色比较暗淡,和一般浅青色的Cendol不同,可能原料不同,吃起来很柔软,味道不错 碎冰是用传统机器磨出来的,口感比较粗,可以咬,椰糖的味道不是特别香浓,很冰凉解渴,但味道普通,吃的是古早味
