The Hubs and I did not plan to go to the usual tourist places like Penang/Malacca, as the highways were extremely congested – but we did a short day trip to Kuala Selangor, where we got into some… monkey business. Literally.
Kam Heong Crab with Rice Noodles (甘香螃蟹) RM 80 ++ ( RM 75.00 per kg) The crab meat and the aroma of the crab nice but the rice noodles too dry and hard.

The mantis prawn in salty egg would never let me down.
Teo Chew Style Steamed Fish is one of my favourites and I find it best to be done using Ikan Merah. The preparation here was excellent. They were very generous with the ingredients and the fish was very fresh. The sweet flesh and the sour broth was an excellent combination. My rating for this dish shall be 9/10. Very reasonable prices too
苦瓜是我们的最爱, 这里的苦瓜炒蛋类似滑蛋的做法很不错呢!
Nothing is complete without a good food adventure in Kuala Selangor. Kim Aun has taken tips as to where to eat for lunch. And here we were at Restoran Tian Wai Tian 天外天海鲜餐室 for a late lunch
Nestum Prawns @ RM 36.00. The Nestum Prawns was again good but the best version of this dish that I have come across in these seafood towns would be the one that I had in Carey Island. Nevertheless, the prawns were fresh and the meat was sweet and tasty. The preparation was decent too and I would rate this dish at 8/10.
They have stun of variety of dishes and seafood all freshly caught and kept well to keep it freshness .
