Food was yummy. As usual with ayam percik, it comes in a large thigh piece. The meat was juicy and tender, the percik sauce was nice. I do not know if it is the real deal or if it was authentic … my friend from the east coast wasn’t around to provide me his opinion but to me, it tasted good and at that point, that was all I cared about, lol. Yummmmm. The chicken was the star of the dish, of course and made for a perfect addition to the nasi lemak. The ‘sambal’ was a good mix between spicy, sweet and with the ‘kacang’ , fried anchovies, cucumber and rice topped with an egg, this dish sure did fill us up and satisfy our nasi lemak craving.
