Hui Wei Lor Mee & Prawn mee review at Mei Ling Street Market and Food Centre, Sin Kee Famous Chicken Rice , Queenstown Singapore
The Mei Ling Market Beef Noodles from Lao Jie Fang and the Xin Lu fishball noodles made a good combination.
The char kway teow was broken, soft, mushy and quite wet. The sauce was caramelised, and the plate was flavourful and balanced with good wok hei, neither too sweet nor too metallic.
They had interesting huat kueh flavours, like Sweet Potato Dried Longan and Rose Lychee.
