Memoirs of 10 Nanyang is a showcase of Chef Jereme Leung’s artistry of blending cultures and 11 flavours of Southeast Asia through their connection to provincial Chinese 12 cuisine.

steamed Jasmine rice and millet with pickled long bean and preserved meat served individually.
Godmama is one of the popular dining places in Funan Mall. They are located on the 4th level and specialized in serving Modern Peranakan Food.
Everything was quite competent. The stock for the chap chye was excellent – thick, layered and full of hae bi or hae flavour. The ayam buak keluak was good too – pungent and fragrant.
Ayam Buah Keluak (19.9) was a tad oily, and the lack of colour reflected in lack in richness. Perhaps it did not have enough of the nut.
rice dumpling stuffed with pork, flavour's not bad but meat was a little dry-ish but the rice was moist and tender.
I would have given this a thumbs up if there were more bak kwa in the fried rice.
I wouldn't mind having this again.
I loved the skinny noodles either way, and it was much better than that tsukemen that I had last time.
A food blog from a Singapore-based traveler
阿夫利 Afuri ramen + dumpling in Funan Mall is worth a visit whether you want to try their famed yuzu ramen or you want a simple casual Japanese meal. Their traditional tonkotsu ramen and cha shu don are enjoyable.
The relaxation of safe management measures and allowing up to five persons to dine means I have been meeting my friends quite often over the...

Their hae mee was still outstanding like we remembered it. Probably the only food from this region that they did right by.
The overall dining experience was pleasant and with the attentive and friendly services as well as quality food, I do not mind being back again for more. As the seatings are rather limited, I suggest that it will be better to make a reservation before heading down.

Just passable in terms of sweetness and freshness of the sashimi, in this Special Sashimi Don. You could still taste vestiges of the freeze in the fish.
Besides the puffs, the Malay stall also offers items like Nasi Lemak. This will be another breakfast option while waiting for your traditional Kopi, eggs and toasts at Heap Seng Leong.
Heap Seng Leong Coffeeshop, the old school coffee shop you have to visit.
curry not tasty & puff a bit chewy doughy.
You have heard all about the Murtabak Wars and Zam Zam is one of the best. Zam Zam is right next to Victory and Al-Tasneem. All offer basically the same menu and there are raging debates about whi…
Zam Zam's nasi goreng mutton uses diced mutton cubes. Meat was nicely scorched but dried up.
They've a nice creamy kurma on the menu too. A good rendition but definitely not the best around. The mutton was a dusky pink and fork tender.
there was a S$28 重庆烤鱼promotion include 2 drinks & 2 rice.
Riverside Grilled Fish 江边城外 has since expanded to 54 outlets in China with Singapore being the first Riverside Grilled Fish set up outside of China in Singapore.
Will try another fish with another sauce the next time.
Service was friendly and the food was pretty decent. A point to note for those who are sitting near the stone wall is to be careful in case there is abrasion as the surface was uneven.
A friend had recommended Ajumma’s Korean Restaurant when she knew I will be going to Funan Mall , but it was after lunch hours and the di...
乐天皇朝 Paradise Dynasty Funan is a pleasant and comfortable place to have a nice Chinese meal; sufficient variety on the menu and prices are reasonable.
Paradise Group’s stable of restaurants launches seasonal items from 6 July for a limited time only.
If you’re a fan of dim sum and drinking, or just curious about how the xiao long bao will turn out, then come give it a try!
Personally, it's another item struck off my humble bucket list, where we paid almost S$150 for two persons. Any learning points? Once is enough even though it's a place where you might be able to impress your dates; I prefer KOMA though.
I really enjoyed my time at Atlas.
Singapore’s cocktail bars scene has seen many interesting new entries but when it comes to sheer grandeur, Atlas is hard to beat. See it to believe it.
The Dim Sum Place at North Bridge Road is where you can have your fill of dim sum late at night. On Friday and Saturday, it stays open till 2 am in the morning. It has a rather extensive menu and one of its unique features is that the dim sum does not have pork.
The best part? It is halal-certified so our Muslim friends can enjoy the dim sum, too!
But though the food was decent, there are many other dim sum places that can satisfy my tummy better.
Gather certainly is a good addition to Raffles Hotel as the casual cafe brand helps bring the luxurious hotel brand closer to the hearts of more people.
Gather is a new and upcoming cafe that exudes a colonial yet modern vibe.
Gather is an affordable dining option in 6 star Raffles Hotel. Menu may be limited, but it is a nice new cafe with delightful galette & crepe & good coffee.
Who say healthy eating can’t be delicious and Chef Albert will prove you wrong.
I am filled with awe for Tiong Bahru Bakery Diner New Menu. Lots of vegetarian dishes are this delicious. Who say healthy eating can’t be delicious and Chef Albert will prove you wrong.
I highly recommend this place if you are wondering if it is worth a trip! I'll be back there myself
Overall, I enjoyed the dining ambience at the Butcher’s Block with not only good selection of premium cuts of meats but also seafood. The restaurant also offers deep flavours and enhanced textures from wood-fire techniques. A la carte menu is available which gives diners choices to go for rather than just tasting menu. Splendid!
The Butcher’s Block is a great contender alongside with all the other big names of steak houses in Singapore and should be right up there on your list for a great date night or a splurge with friends.
I like the dining ambience at the Butcher’s Block and while prices are relatively steep for dinner, there is a good selection of premium cuts of meat from the ala carte menu.
Kurasu Singapore Waterloo Centre - Specialty Coffee from Kyoto, tasting hand drip coffee Nicaragua. House Blend, Fuyu Moe flavours ...
At the right time and day, Kurasu is a nice space to chill over good coffee. If you are around Bugis or Cityhall, this might just be one of the best secret hideouts in town for now.
Kurasu aims to be a place where people drink, buy and talk about coffee, and I believe that this hidden gem (given its non- conspicuous location at level 2 of Odeon Tower) given more publicity will shine in the future.
PPP Coffee Review of cafe at Funan Mall Singapore with pictures of coffee and food menus, coffee, cake and snacks ....
Decent slightly woody and acidic latte from this offshoot of Chye Seng Huat Hardware.
The taste and texture reminded me of fruitcake. A pleasant cake which played a supporting role at our coffee break at PPP Coffee Funan Mall. The coffee is clearly the star at this cafe.
Inle Myanmar Restaurant sells delicious and homely food, making it a great place for people to get acquainted with Burmese cuisine.
My take on my virgin experience on Myanmar food at Inle Myanmar Restaurant
If are not conservative about food, a place worth exploring.
Some smokiness in the Aburi Oyako Don. Otherwise quite normal with quite little chicken.
Tori Sanwa Raffles City review - Singapore Outlet of Oyako Don Restaurant with pictures of menu with prices, chicken cutlet don, oyakodon
Tori Sanwa does a hitsumabushi version of their chicken. Granted, that just meant providing some garnish, broth, and a rice scoop for one to use in each progressive stage. But at least tonight the kitchen wasn't so sloppy about the food like they were last time, making it easier to actually enjoy this. Note though that this is the slowest item on the menu, requiring at least ten minutes for it to arrive.
