Overall, Publico Ristorante delivers a memorable experience, with the comfortable settings, chill friendly vibes befitting of its Robertson Quay location, and warm, well-trained staff who make excellent wine pairing recommendations.
What I really appreciate about Publico Ristorante is its spaciousness, which is much needed for good conversations but often lacking at many restaurants and bistros.
The service here was average as it took a long time for the staff to clear our plates and not much smile from the staff.
Espresso with fizz and a sprig of mint to go with. It's actually pretty enjoyable, thanks to the coffee.
The coffee was very good. At $5 for a cappuccino in this part of town, it is very reasonably priced.
