We ordered a chicken portion for 3 pax and requested for chicken breast only. The chicken has been poached (like Hainanese chicken style) and is served with some light soy sauce and sesame oil. You can eat this with one of the dips provided (a spicy chilli based one or a tangy lime one with spring onions). The chicken was smooth and juicy despite us going for a lean cut.
