It was delicious. Sure, there was a bit of fishiness in there, but it was also savory, tasty, and citrus-y enough to inhale quickly. Yum, my mouth is still watering as I write this.

This one was kinda like a cross between yesterday's waxiangji (especially with those potent green tengjiao peppercorns on the vine again) and their usual bridge crossing guoqiao mixian (or even their xiaoguo mixian), especially with not just the broth and noodles, but also those long cuts of garlic chives. Yep, it was potent yet light at the same time, which was exactly what I wanted tonight.

I'm liking these guys more and more; they separately also have an awesome red chili oil with a tasty roasted aroma; I wish I could buy a jar of it to bring home.
This one from Mademoiselle Tang Noodle was a plate of white chicken with scalding hot oil and soy sauce poured over it instead.
It turned out to be a bit of a hybrid of guoqiao mixian with Sichuan suancai yu, in a positive way, especially since it was just spicy enough to be enjoyable. I want to try their other menu items too, particularly three different spicy chicken ones that I saw. Note: they also had Yunnan steamed chicken soup available.
What should appeal to customers, other than the tasty soups and prompt service, is the contemporary design with a 270 degree full urban view (quick book the window seats).
