The Three-Flavored Fish was a dish that left us with the deepest impression. It was deep fried till a shattering crisp and served with dark Soy Sauce-based sauce, with heaps of chopped Garlic and Bird's Eye Chilies. While the concoction may be a tad salty on its own, it was perfectly spooned over rice, with an addictive spiciness.
