Nasi Lemak Buluh Perindu, the must-try menu in Sisik. Rice with the coconut milk stuffing with Pandan Leaf and wrapping in the Banana Leaf and steam in Bamboo will leave the extraordinary taste that very hard to describe even when you already taste it.
We did mention earlier that the restaurant does serve Malaysian most popular dish i.e. Nasi Lemak, but here at Resoran Sisik Ikan Bakar; their rendition of Nasi Lemak which makes a perfect partner in crime with the Ikan Bakar and seafood is in the form that is served in bamboo and hence it is aptly named Nasi Lemak Buluh Perindu.
Sotong Bakar Madu is a crowd favourite and everyone at the dinner table complained that they can never have enough of it. Giant fresh white squid coated in honey-based sauce, flame-grilled to perfection resulting in a smoky chargrilled flavour. Served with their housemade spicy sauce or 'Kuah Rempah' made from 7 types of spices that goes hand-in-hand with the tender and succulent grilled Sotong Bakar Madu.
