Overall, Skyve Bistro continues to be a great romantic location and venue for some delicious food over intimate conversations.
Desserts have my higher overall rating than the other courses, but I’d recommend their classic Molten Chocolate ($12++), the cake of which has a firm exterior texture, and a contrasting warm, soft inside neighbouring the molten chocolate lava.
Skyve Wine Bistro is definitely a beautiful place for a meal or drinks; a hidden gem worth discovering.
I will highly recommend this place for a casual lunch gathering or an intimate dinner date; Skyve is also perfect venue for events.
Skyve has extended their wine list to over 70 labels of affordable and good quality wines. The change also sees a new revamped menu under the newly appointed Executive Chef Jachin Tan featuring hearty new creations with nuances of Asian flavours.
Skyve Wine Bistro is definitely a spot you need to check out if you haven’t already.
