Verdict: So after reading the post, you know that my dining experience was a satisfying and impressive one. (^^)v
Overall, we enjoyed the Korean Fried Chicken at Nanda Chicken Solaris Mount Kiara. Their version of Korean crispy boneless fried chicken is similar to the ones we tasted in Korea and hence you get the satisfaction dining here. We will definitely visit them again if we are in Solaris Mount Kiara.
Nanda Chicken is a Korean restaurant that serves Korean fried chicken with fondue-style snow cheese. Nanda Chicken Korean restaurant is always full when we go pass this area a few times. It was the crowd and the long queue that attracts our attention to try Nanda chicken last weekend.
一个齐集左酒吧同夜店灯红酒绿,同朋友仔饮酒小酌happy hour嘅好地方
The Gold Set is really value-for-money and easily feeds at least 6 adults. There are plenty of other smaller or bigger sets and even sets with drinking options if you enjoy beer, soju or makgeolli. We know why Gangnam 88 is still a popular hotspot for Korean food in Solaris. The ambiance and vibe is certainly pleasant and the food is scrumptious as well as affordable. That evening, the restaurant was packed but service was efficient despite the crowd. Definitely a good spot for Korean food!
Verdict: The Gold Set we had was a fully loaded portion good enough for 5-6 persons that’s great value for money. Reasons to visit? Cheerful ambience, attentive service and great food, if these not enough to attract you, maybe I should spend more time to find you a better one. Gangnam 88 certainly a great place for gathering, be it for friends or families.
In future, I wouldn’t mind popping back a bit later in the day to take advantage of the extra menu items, and to enjoy the silliness of the drink stock market. I’ll try to order better at that time!
Reasons to visit Drop Exchange KL: delicious Indian recipes; don’t miss the mirchi fritters and berry pulao vegetables (Rich’s favourite) and the chargrilled cottage cheese and dal makhni (my loves); a fun bar concept where guests can “trade” their drinks on the “stock market.”
Salli Ma Margi (RM 25.00). This curry dish is of Persian origin; which has a strong combination flavour of spices and herb. The chicken meat was tender with the thick gravy superbly matched with the pav that is served with this dish.
If you’re looking for an authentic local Korean chimaek experience, we are happy to recommend this spot. We’ll be back!
A regular Budae jiggae, Pork Military Soup (RM 60) here started off with plenty of fresh looking ingredients and I’ve ordered additional Ramyeon noodle (RM 8). Watching the bubbles emerging as is boils was a joy and in no a couple of minutes, the ingredients quickly cooked in the Seafood Military Soup (RM 70 for regular size that is good for 2- 3pax).
♥Verdict: The meal definitely didn’t turn out to be a tasty lunch that I was expecting. Portion and price wise, the food here good enough as a full meal that can be enjoyed frequently.

None of the ramen really appealed to us except for the Gekihara Ramen @ RM18. It’s supposed to be an ultra-spicy ramen but the spiciness is actually just right. If the noodle gets any spicier I don’t think it would taste very nice.
1 review of Ramen Izakaya Kazushi "This place has one of the best chicken curry katusu don i've ever had in KL!!! I always ask for extra curry sauce as I like my rice soaked in curry. A great place for lunch (try their value-for-money lunch sets)…
SLURP. Delicious. A generous portion noodles, soup, seaweed, ginger, tamago, and a sprinkling of sesame seeds.
Soi 55 Thai Kitchen & Bar is a new Thai restaurant that had just opened in Solaris Mont Kiara. As far as I know, there is no Thai restaurant in Solaris Mont Kiara. So, the opening of this new Thai restaurant is definitely a change of environment as there are far too many Korean restaurants here.
It’s high time Solaris Mont Kiara gets a proper Thai restaurant. Soi 55 Thai Kitchen & Bar opened about 4 months ago and it be found directly in front of Cold Storage. Not only they serve good food, their lunch and dinner promos offer some of the best deals you can get in this area.
位于 SOHO KL 的 Tap It Out 是全马第一家“自动啤酒提款机”,源自美国纽约的概念来到这里一开张就吸引了大家的注意,社交媒体上都是关于这家新潮酒吧的新闻呢!
Cheers to good beer and perfectly poured pint. It's a beer night out at Tap It Out with some friends last Friday. Barely opened for two weeks, Tap It Out, pride themselves for being Malaysia's first self-serving beer bar aka Beer 'ATM'. Oh yes... you could tap your own beer here. How cool is that!
Good beer joint, good atmosphere and good company; what's more can I ask for at Tap It Out? If you want an one-of-a-kind experience with "Beer ATMs", this is the right place to visit!
Both their curries, Sambar as well as the Vegetable Kulambu was wonderful. I am totally in love with the curries here as they are amazingly good and a step above most South Indian restaurants. My rating for both shall be 9/10.
In a matter of minutes, the food was served. In fact, at first I had only ordered the Plain Tosai which came with some Tomato Chutney, Coconut Chutney and Sambar. The food was so good and so were the curries. In fact, their Sambar was drinkable. Having loved the food, I had ordered another Rava Tosai as well. Both Tosai's were excellent and my rating for these shall be 9/10.
The Spicy Seafood Hot Pot (Haemul Jeongol) @ RM70 was absolutely delicious and we could not stop drinking the soup. It was rich, slightly spicy and very flavorful after being infused with the natural sweetness of seafood. The price might be a little high but we did not mind that at all because we thoroughly enjoyed it.
It isn’t easy coming up with the best place for Korean BBQ in Solaris Mont Kiara but Ola! Korean BBQ Garden in Soho KL is easily one with a good grill that delivers native tastes to the many Koreans here in Mont Kiara. On top of the wide range of meat that’s perfect for any barbequing occasion, classic Korean ala carte dishes are available.
饭后我也感到口渴 - 他们可能与MSG一起过度了。
Their bowls are made with PurpleBlend™ Acai base and all natural and organic ingredients. They even shared their acai bowl recipe: 60% Pure Acai Base + 20% Purple Superfoods + 10% Creamy Base + 10% Liquid Base. I may just try making my own bowl someday with the puree!
Açaí Lab has a short but enticing menu of five items. An important fact to note about Açaí Lab is that they are the only place in Malaysia that uses blended frozen açaí berries, and not the powdered form which is available in other health food places here.

Solaris is indeed an area that is well known for Korean food, As You Like Hong Kong Chicken Pot is one of the latest Chinese cuisine operating in this area. A brand that hail all the way from Hong Kong that operates their first outlet in Malaysia with remaining 5 in Hong Kong. I find that the cuisine is a perfect addition to the area which is lacking off. Something like steamboat but it is not. A Little summary would be a cuisine of a cross over of China Sze Chuan in Hong Kong Style.
I have been in for this signature dish a few times already. Pork Bone Stew (M) – enough to feed for 2-3 pax! You can add ramyeon after that. @ RM 55 There are a few ingredient that makes this a great dish which is from the leaves on the bottom right. That gives a slight bitter fragrant flavour yet push it into the kimchi stew soup with their hint of pepper and spicy powder, then mix it all up. The soup gives you a whole new level of taste. Best to go with Soju BomB!
Good stuff from this outlet as I have return another round a month after and still do not mind to go back. Food Rating 8/10, great lamb skewers and special spice dip~ -Stamped-
Not exactly a hidden gem, Hwang Hae Korean BBQ restaurant in Solaris Mont Kiara is already quite an eye catching one with their strategic location. For the ultimate Korean barbeque (BBQ) in town, there is certainly no other place but Mont Kiara. Solaris Mont Kiara is home to many awesome Korean restaurants, but if you’re salivating for some sizzling spicy ribs that come with blankets of melted cheese and those piping hot meats, you are in the right place. Apart from those skewers that have been circulating on social medias, Hwang Hae also have this Grilled Back Ribs with Cheese (Cheese Deunggalbi Gui, 치즈등갈비구이) that is obviously strictly for sharing. Cheese lovers, look no further. Dine comfortably and have fun pulling and stretching those cheeses.
总的来说,这对我们来说是一顿美味的晚餐。缺点是我发现很难与员工沟通,而我们的Banchan不是在我们订购了食品后才送达的,我等了大约10分钟之后,就得向员工索取
This cheese perimeter gradually melts as the helpful assistant stir fry the combo of your choice. Additional rice or ramen is a common add on but to cut the carbohydrate intake, I’m good with just the vegetables and chicken alone. Besides, there are rice cakes in it and I do recommend adding some seafood to the dish. Otherwise, keep it simple with just the main and the side dishes that accompanies. And unless you want to splurge on food, a meal as such is RM 57.55 for the Cheese Dakgalbi, and RM 3.30 for a cup of green tea.
Overall, it was a good birthday celebration for us. Delicious food, good service and reasonable price for the big portion.

整体来说这里的食物很不错,尤其是炸酱面很让我惊艳,午市的价钱算是在韩餐里头算是合理,下次我还会再来。
