Little did i know that their Kitchen & Bar, which serves refined European food, is tucked away upstairs through a side stairway.
Ambience and space-wise, it is perfect be it breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner.
We enjoyed the food, the complexity of the flavour and the space here at SPRMRKT Kitchen & Bar.
I can already see myself going back to SPRMRKT one weekend to just relax by the river, sipping on another avocado smoothie!
This bistro offers some interesting propositions, not least a quiet setting for which to have dinner with the Singapore River as backdrop and some well-executed dishes which we wouldn't mind returning for.
Overall, brunch at SPRMRKT Kitchen & Bar was a good experience.
Blackened Fish & Chips ($20) with batter blackened by squid ink. Although I couldn't really taste the squid ink, I enjoyed its light and airy texture while the fish was kept moist.
