It was just the 2 of us yesterday and it cost us 34 ringgit, which meant around 17 ringgit per head. Food was delicious. Very tasty. If I get served food like this everyday – then I really would not mind the lack of variety, lol. The prawn dish was yummy. You’d get 4 medium prawns and the gravy was filled with flavors, you’d be able to taste turmeric with every mouth. Nothing overwhelming, just mainly appealing. The chicken was awesome, I especially loved how their gravy tasted, it was thick and sweet and when you add in those tender bit of chicken pieces – yummm!! For the fishes, we were served ‘Selar Kuning.’ It has been ages since I’ve sunk my teeth in one of these. Cooked to perfection, love how crispy the outside was, you can literally hear the crunch every time you bit in.
除了Nasi Lemak,她家的Roti Canai 也很美味,特別是賣相很像韓式煎餅的【Roti Jiwa Kacau】也非常受歡迎👏配料和味道小編就不揭曉啦!
Firstly, their Set Dulang Ikan Taplapia was awesome. The fish was so good and crispy and the marination was just lovely. Similarly, the fried prawns were also so good. No wonder this place is doing so well. For the fish and prawns, my rating shall be 10/10
For fried Chicken Lovers, their Set Dulang Ayam @ RM7.50 is not to be missed. The chicken is marinated with 6 different spices and is always fried-to-order. By default, all Nasi Dulang set comes with 4 topping –Air Asam, Sambal Belacan, Sambal Penyet and Masak Lemak. The Masak Lemak sauce was super thick and packed with amazing flavours. The sauce is homemade and it certainly helped elevate this dish from being a regular Nasi Dulang. You can refill the Masak Lemak for only RM0.30. Because it was well-marinated and fried to order, the fried chicken was hot and fragrant. The skin was crispy and the flesh was tender and juicy. When combined the chicken and Masak Lemak, the flavours gel well together for an enjoyable taste. Taking everything into account, we would say RM7.50 is pretty affordable because the taste and portion size was satisfying.
Restoran Fortuna Palace Seafood is one of the few restaurants in Kajang that offers good food with reasonable prices. The food is consistently tasty in most of our visit to the restaurant. On top of the food we had, they many other specialities and sometimes you might bumped to us.
My 'Jalan Jalan Cari Makan' gastronomic adventure has brought my foodie family and me to this part of town to a Chinese Seafood Restaurant located in Taman Kajang Prima, Kajang. Fortuna Palace Seafood Restaurant makes it presence known to the locals for its fine authentic and premium cuisine more than 16 years ago way back in 2001.
Overall, the food at Delicieux Café is good, better than we expected as many café food out there are overrated. The price is on the high side probably targeting the nearby neighbourhood as well as competing with the opposite Le Moon Café. If you do visit this place, remember to order that crispy fried chicken chop.
1957 Kopi+Makan is a cozy place to serve Malaysian food and with a twist of western food, it is located at De Centrum Mall right next to the IUKL. Surprise me that I found a hidden cafe at Kajang, I believe a food lover like you will definitely like it! Thanks to Aiyee for the invitation. Although it is far away from Petaling Jaya or Kuala Lumpur but trust me, it is definitely worth to drive all the way to Kajang. MUST go...YES is a MUST!!!
