Prices are comparable to other cafes, budget about SGD $22 per person.
Bearded Bella is influenced by the Melbourne Cafe culture and is opened early 2018 along Craig Road.
Bearded Bella is a cosy casual eatery with good coffee, wholesome food and good company.
I reckon it’s worth a visit if you live nearby or want to avoid the crowds at popular, central areas!
The rendang was fragrant, rich and layered. The wagyu beef was a bit tough and fibrous, but not bad. The blue pea rice was also interesting, with a slight fragrance, and paired well with the rendang sauce.
I was blown away by Elixir Boutique Roasters’ Brûlée French Toast and can’t wait to be back for more of it.
Flowy salted egg within the crispy croissant, with melty and rich raclette cheese over it. Indulgent stuff, at the cafe that start it all – the salted egg and the raclette cheese trends.
Along with their raclette dishes, the food here was so impressive and affordable that my companions and I ended up having a good time, every time.
Neptune – Coffee Cafe at East Coast Road
The Neptune is a charming cafe in East Coast where we would be happy to go to for a good cup of coffee and reminisce about The Neptune Theatre of the topless revue fame or feel the wonder and excitement of young families eating together and playing with their topless babies.
The chefs and stall assistants are very friendly!
Admittedly, I wouldn’t recommend Easties to come here simply ‘cause the travel journey and cost far outweigh the price of the dishes.
The first picture I uploaded for my blog review on Eat 3 Bowls showed a long queue; which I initially thought was for the Taiwanese eatery ...
Rosti's nice with a good crisp and real potato flavour.
The Clueless Goat Cafe is cosy and serves nice food and good coffee. We like their friendly service and value for money pricing.
Being American and knowing all about Americanized Chinese Food, I am very skeptical when a Singaporean restaurant claims it is based on American-style Chinese food. Chop Suey kind of promotes itself that way with the food and the name of the restaurant.
Food at Fuel X draws on modern American, British English, and Italian cuisine, with a focus on brunch and mains that are healthy, hearty, and wholesome.

Carrotsticks and Cravings Cafe @ Robertson Quay is a new cafe that opened along the Singapore River.
While Carrotsticks and Cravings at Rodyk Street lack the distinct vibe that the Loewen store carries, it is no doubt a more convenient location to hit for a satisfying brunch; in fact, being evidently much of a hit with the Caucasian community in the area.
It is nice to see a cafe which opens near Telok Ayer even on Sundays, and Carrotsticks & Cravings is a good option for a fuss-free brunch post workout, or the occasional weekday brunch treat.
If you’re looking for some old-school breakfast, I’ll say that you definitely can get a pretty great-tasting one here!
Popular Taiwanese-style eatery Yong He Eating House newly opened its first takeaway outlet at Toa Payoh selling Shao Bing and soy milk.
am a fan of Knockhouse’s coffee (available at Pacamara Boutique Coffee Roasters, The Botanist) so it was not difficult for me to like Kyu’s cup, which had a deep yet balanced touch.
Kyu Coffee Bar—a new coffee kiosk—is strategically located right at the entrance of Prudential Tower in Raffles Place.
The coconut milk infused rice was fluffy and the chilli has got a good balance of spiciness and sweetness. The star has to be the well-seasoned fried chicken wing that happened to be freshly fried.
With the cafe located just by the roadside, it is hard to miss. So if you’re in the area, and looking for a quiet space to enjoy your meal, this might be the spot for you.
Sevens Cafe in Joo Chiat
It would have been nice to see other Taiwanese breakfast classics such as scallion pancakes, flatbread, you tiao (fried dough fritters) and soy milk, but what 角頭台灣早餐店 GATAO Taiwan Breakfast offers is still pretty good.
