We purposedly travel here from Penang island upon learning Jaged Cafe serves promising burnt cheesecakes. Indeed, the journey to here was worthwhile. We had an Avocado Burnt Cheesecake (RM 20) and the cake was pleasantly cheesy in a sleek way, though the avocado taste was too faint to be tasted.

The only savory item we had in Jaged Cafe was the Thai Chicken Skewers... which was surprisingly delicious. The meat was well-marinated and the texture was addictively plump and bouncy. A pity that it was not warm enough when it was served to us, it would score better if it was served piping hot (trust that it would work well with some crusty Baguettes too).

De Antique is a nice go-to place for a cup of drinks and some slice of cake with friends reminiscing about the past and planning for the future.

The only savory option we had was the Chicken Curry Puff... which was generally stuffed with filling. The flavor was quite good.

We had 2 types of cakes- Tiramisu and Mango Pomelo Crepe; the former one has a creamy texture with bold Coffee flavor. The sweetness was well-balanced; though would be better if some alcohol element can be introduced to the cake.
