This is a very local dim sum place, and very popular with the locals here. The dim sum is more rough and old school, hit and miss. You can feel the vibe of a traditional dim sum place. RM 45.40 for..
Restoran Sun Kim Aik, one of the hidden gems in Ipoh. This restaurant only known for local for delightful and classic dim sum.
My favourites were the fried dumplings and the charsiewbao, which as nice and fluffy. Everything else was fresh and tasty, but I can’t say it’s the best dimsum I’ve ever had. Maybe because I’m used to the dimsum I always have in my native Puchong.
