It was a very big portion of rice (I like!) with many tiny cubes of ox tongue and the wok hei aroma was wonderful. The fried egg as you can see in the background was pathetic.
My main course. Fried beef koay teow which I have eaten twice (and enjoyed) via Grabfood. Oh yes, it was wonderful, hot off the wok. I helped myself to the delicious chili oil. Ah! So good!
Pretty good place for Hong Kong style afternoon tea within Starling Mall.
Slice Hua Diao Chicken (花雕鸡片) RM8.00 is a marinated chicken with wine which has a strong scent of Hua Diao Wine (花雕酒) even after boiling it in the soup broth. Chicken are succulent robust packed with Hua Diao Wine fragrant which is a highly recommended dish in this restaurant.
have to say that for the price that they charge, the pork bone soup tasted somewhat watered down. Only the tom yum managed to salvage it back. Unless it was a particularly grueling day and with loads of cash to splash, this place will not be in my shortlist anymore.
