I can’t wait to visit Japan again for their amazing food but for now, Matcha Eight is the place for me for Japanese green tea ice cream. Remember, these are artisan ice cream and created by Michelin-starred Master Chef from Kyoto.
[Muslim-friend] Matcha Eight at LaLaport, Bukit Bintang City Centre serves Japanese tea ice cream made with the best tea powder from Kyoto.
LaLaPop has a very tempting and innovative menu, but next time I will stick to the non-alcoholic flavours. I love sucking down all sorts of spirits as much as the next drunkard, but even I couldn’t fully get into the taste of the alcoholic ice cream. I tried a sample of the Iced Sicilian and the BBB, and I was not keen to eat an entire scoop. The Notti flavours just seem gimmicky and don’t taste as good as regular ice cream.
Love their range of flavors as they continuously produce some unique flavors to entice your taste bud. Flavors such as Salmon & wasabi, chilli ginger Lemongrass, Baileys, Rum & Raisins, New York Cheesecake and many others. Tiramisu is a bomb too.
This deserved a solid thumbs up from me, and not because I was finally able to get some ice cream after being cooped in the house for too long.
Since I am greedy, I order Four Flavour Twist @ RM 10 with Soda Cream, Rose Lychee, Grape Yogurt and Melon Milk. Nice gimmick on the long cone paper. Ice cream is decent and flavour for soda cream reminds you of the paddle pop lime cream ice cream.
