Recommended Vegetarian Biryani and Mutton Biryani. Both were freshly prepared with delicious taste using homemade mix spices that served with gravy and raita. The rice was really soft and fragrant and must mentioned that the mutton melted in the mouth in every bite. It was deliciously cooked to perfection.
The Butter Chicken is said to be a signature dish here and it is pretty delicious, even if I was not quite a fan of butter chickens…. Nick’s Butter Chicken is made with buttery gravy with the addition of cream gives the curry sauce a silky smooth rich texture…
Butter Chicken is a must to have if you come to an Indian restaurant. It is originated from Northern India. Prepared in a buttery gravy with the addition of cream gives the curry sauce a silky smooth rich texture.
Chicken Thali Set, 20 ringgit I must say, for 20 ringgit, this Thali set was a good value for money. You’d literally get to taste 9 different items + vadai + “Puli”/yellow rice + papadum. It certainly did come with a variety, more selections from the usual Thali sets served at many restaurants here.
We started our meal with the highly recommended house special Lamb Ribs (RM39), which comes with 3 pieces of New Zealand ribs cooked in tomato masala gravy. The lamb ribs itself was flavourful and fall-off-bone tender, while the gravy was unbelievably thick
Their Mutton Vindaloo was another good dish. Mutton chunks were cooked with potatoes and comes in a mildly spicy thick gravy and is priced at RM 30.00 . Portions wise, it's definitely pricey but looking at the location, I would say that it's acceptable. Taste wise, my rating for this shall be 8/10.
