Grilled Rack of Lamb with Sauteed Fresh Vegetables and Black Pepper Sauce It was served with fluffy mashed potato underneath. Extra brownie points must be given to the chef as they have drawn a lovely heart shape surrounding the lamb! Lamb was cooked to perfection, it was tender and delicious! Seemingly simple black pepper sauce was nicely made too, without the black pepper being too overpowering.

The lamb shank from New Zealand is braised using local and western herbs and spices for long hours until the meat texture is fork-tender. It is served with a green curry sauce, mini eggplants, borlotti beans and steamed rice.
The star of 'From The Grill' menu was beefy-Licious Australian Beef Rib Eye Steak. The succulent premium beef served grilled vegetables was flame-licked to heavenly perfection and served with 5 selections of sauces for your liking. You can either have mushroom sauce, creamy herb sauce, black pepper shallot sauce or roasted garlic sauce to go with your steak. A well-executed dish for the night!
