Basilico @ Regent Hotel Singapore ‘s brunches and dinner takes on delicious festive twists with a gastronomical tour around Italy.

The restaurant is well-known for its contemporary Italian food, which is made using high-quality ingredients sourced both locally and from Italy.
il Cielo on the rooftop of Hilton Hotel, on level 24, welcomes Spring with a new menu that features seasonal harvest from the Italy and Japan.
I certainly think that the creativity and the quality of ingredients used make this restaurant Michelin-star worthy.
Overall, an interesting place for my business discussion, and a stunning one at that.
If you are looking for a nice quiet place to chillax in the midst of bustling Orchard (what an oxymoron) and have deep pockets to burn a hole in, this is it.
Greyhound Cafe is the perfect example of why I don't think an overseas outpost will ever fare as well as the original mothership.
Supply and Demand has a few branches around Singapore and I find them quite nice for food quality and some inventive flavors.
The food and service is decent, and priced affordable for the targeted demographics.
Overall, there is a lot of things to like in S&D new menu.
Saizeriya has refreshed its menu yet again, and now there are a couple of dishes featuring small cold shrimp on top, like that salad, or even one of their risottos done up with clams and mentaiko. Yeah, I liked them, particularly the rice given that it was extra briny.
This was a squid-y lunch if I might say so. That grilled squid was actually kinda nice with the charred bits, soya sauce and butter along with the slightly chewy parts that had the intensified squid flavour.
I'm pretty sure that's why they are able to keep their prices so darned low. Too bad they didn't throw in some of their spinach though.
Lino Forum Italian Restaurant Review
The first location of Lino at Binjai Park might not be as accessible, and the new Lino Forum is a convenient spot in Orchard Road for a hearty Italian meal.
整体来说我觉得这里的食物很合我口味,没有普遍上西餐般重口味,份量也不会多到呕,难得的是这里还很注重原材料的产地。
Jamie Italian’s seasonal menu has a good range of quality Italian fare with a Jamie twist, so there’s bound to be something that catches your eye!
Overall, Jamie’s Italian Forum Orchard is an attractive venue to have an Italian meal.

I did not try their baked goods but I heard that they are baked fresh daily. This place will serve as a good brunch spot if you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of town. It is also great to try some dishes that were invented during the colonial period of Singapore.

A fine selection of Italian wines is offered by the glass and bottle, encompassing every important wine region in Italy from Piedmont to Tuscany. In addition, fans of fine wines from France and New World regions are not left out.
Overall, for a Wickedly Good Pizza, Pasta and Risotto without burning a hole in your pockets, this is definitely the place to go to.
All in all, I think The Wicked Garlic serves up sincere Italian selections, offering fresh ingredients at very reasonable prices.
If you are a fan of cheeses, do try the Cheese Tortellini with Truffle. It was yums! Handmade tortellini pasta stuffed with cheeses and cooked al-dente. Tossed with shitake mushrooms (loads of it!), black truffle in light onion cream sauce and topped with shavings of parmigiano. So good.
Their Cafe Latte (S$4.90++) came with an adorable coffee art and packets of sugar at the side. The bitter tones of the coffee helped to balance out the sweetness of the durian pizza.
There are a couple of pizza chains in Singapore but Tino’s Pizza Cafe stood out a little more due to their wonderful pizza dough. There are also reasonably priced set meals and family feasts available at Tino’s Pizza Cafe.
