Currently, the restaurant is participating in the "What's The Catch" promotion, whereby sustainable sourced seafood are used to create an Italian seafood sharing family platter. The platter is priced at RM145 nett for 2 persons, and is available for dinner only from now until 30 April 2018.
Reasons to visit: eat with a clear conscience in knowing that the seafood has been sourced sustainably; incredibly good value for money set lunch; Tonno in Salsa Tonnato; MUST ORDER the Oven Baked Seabass ‘Cartoccio’.
I’m keen on Porto Romano as it has a feeling which is quite European, and there’s plenty to look at while you dine. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area, which isn’t far from KLCC.
Overall experience was great and I will definitely revisit again for their signature food which are Cod Fish Ala Savini Cajun roasted Cod Fish with Cherry Tomatoes and Madagascan Vanilla Pot Infused Mango Salsa and Spaghettini Ala Savini Black and White Spaghettini with Seafood baked in Aluminium Foil. Not to forget their interesting gelato flavor which is made from squid ink! I wonder what does it taste like. As far as I can remember, squid ink is tasteless.
