Uni Gallery by OosterBay Restaurant

7500A Beach Road, B1, 313, The Plaza, Singapore 199591

The freshness of the uni is important otherwise the taste would be horrible. You can taste the bitterness and the colours are dull too.

Akira Back Restaurant

Akira Black was pleasant just not as exciting they it was made to be, I say stick with their appetizers which seem to be more impressive than the mains proper.

Service was intuitive, attentive, and unobtrusive. The waitresses were stealthy like ninjas, I never really saw them around, but my teacup was always filled to the brim, and barely a second after we whipped out our credit card, they appeared with the bill!

Shinji by Kanesaka is indeed one of the best, and as customers, we have to learn to respect their craft as well.
