If you are like me, who enjoy Japanese food, Kampachi should be definitely be on your list as it is undoubtedly one of Kuala Lumpurās best Japanese restaurant.
Our dinner at Kampachi in Plaza 33 was fantastic. The setting was calm and comfortable, and the food was delicious. Itās a great place to relax and enjoy Japanese food with friends or family. Whether you love sushi or want to try something new, Kampachi is a great place to go. We left with full stomachs and happy faces, looking forward to our next visit.
Hokkaido Hotate ā Scallop Another sweetness overloaded nigiri with essence from the sea. This hokkaido scallop was as huge as my palm!
The menu has also gotten a lot more extensive. Besides ramen, there are appetisers, salads, rice bowls, oden, yakitori, tempura, hot pot and stir-fried stuff. Ramen Bar Shi Shi Do has also become a place to hang out for drinks as thereās an attractive list of beverages ranging from highball, beers, cocktails, beers and soft drinks.
ā„Verdict: Please be reminded that Ramen Bar Shi Shi Do doesnāt take reservation, hence you only can walk in and have to expect a queue on weekends. Service was decent despite being busy and over all, our dinner was fairly good except for a few misses in between. Revisit? In between yes or no, I would say š So drop by if you have chance and let me know your verdict!

Now I've been to Jaya 33 a couple of times, but have yet to drop by Ramen Ten & Shin Tokyo Sushi to dine there. It was pretty cool then that I had the opportunity to drop by and try out their fares last week, with a revamped menu sporting some really nice japanese cuisine and ramens.
The Chicken Karaage Ramen (RM 15.80) is indeed disappointing us. The crispy chicken karaage is served on the soup; leaving he karaage turns soggy and no longer crispiness. As for the soup; it is indeed below par where the soup is not flavourful but have a weird taste in it. Disappointed!
