I don't think I can recommend this enough or any more than I already have so do make a reservation on Chope or Quandoo and go check them out when you can!
They offer quite an extensive range of sake and each sake has its own distinctive taste.
For a nights out session of Japanese food and sake, Kabuke seems a decent option – with other similar alternatives including Boruto Singapore along South Bridge Road, Shukuu Izakaya at the nearby Stanley Street, and Sumiya at Suntec City for its sake dispenser.
Overall, JIN Fine Dining does serve quality Japanese food using quality ingredients. The menu here is extensive and it caters to customers with different budget.
Overall, I loved the beautiful ambience and good quality food at Jin Fine Dining.
Jin Fine Dining offers omakase, sets as well as ala-carte dining options.
There has been an increase of Omakase restaurants with different concepts in recent years. If you are looking for a traditional Kaiseki experience with a twist of a modern approach, try Ikkoten Omakase.
The omakase competition is a stiff one in Singapore and if you are looking for a traditional Kaiseki experience, Ikkoten Omakase is one to consider.
Overall, I had a great meal at Sushi Kawasemi and this is one new omakase to check out especially if you love aged fish for nigiris. Every course is consistently good, and it is one of the better omakase meals I had this year.
