Fish is fresh and offers a lean and moist texture. It was a total indulgence with the curry and fish, at least for me
Azlan's Curry Stingray left us with a very deep impression. Unlike the much sought-after thick version, the Curry Stingray may seem watery but the flavors are not weak. The real draw is the silky smooth texture, little effort is required to slit the fish; a great dish to spoon over Rice. Feel like having more fish? Go for their Siakap served with Garlic, Ginger and Soy Sauce- deep fried Siakap topped with Garlic, Ginger and Soy Sauce with a dash of refreshing Lime Juice... crisp texture with powerful flavors; just as you thought it might be a little heavy on the palate, the acidity from the Lime cuts through the greasiness and opens up a refreshing dimension. Equally worth-savory dishes are the grilled Cat Fish and stir-fried Prawns.
