The noodles or mee portion was generous for both the soup and the dry version. I enjoyed eating my well-cooked springy Wantan mee - that's not too soft with the right texture and bite to it. I only wished that they can throw in some sinful but tasty deep-fried pork lard or 'Chee Yau Char' for the extra kick to the noodles!
In a nutshell, we were disappointed. Mostly because it wasn’t quite the Sabah pork noodles we were seeking. That said, if you’re planning to visit, be sure to get there before noon as the place is really packed and waiting time is longer during peak hours.

The soup plays a very important role in the preparation of pan mee. Typically, the soup is prepared by boiling pig bones and dried anchovies for hours in order to bring out the flavor .
Verdict: I love the noodle texture, while the soup is light yet tasty. Love the homely vibe the place exudes too!
