Delicious platter filled with 5 types of food item - 5 spice chicken rolls (similar to ngo hiong), crispy popiah, prawn kerabu, chicken and shrimp wanton and deep fried dumplings (sui gao) with what I thought was salted egg yolk fillings in them but later, I noticed that the poster printed "cheesy fortune cookies" as one of the items so it must be that this dumpling is filled with cheese and not salted egg yolk.
Deep fried tilapia served with ulam - long beans, lady fingers, petai, cucumber, ulam raja and daun pegaga. The ulam is refreshing since some of them are raw and some of them are lightly blanched so we finished all of them in no time at all. The fish is crispy and tasty. It is quite similar to this Dancing Fish.
Flavourful Nasi Ulam and Nasi Minyak. The Mutton in the curry is tender and delicious. I think the prawns are grilled before having the Tamarind sauce poured over them because I can taste the natural sweetness of the prawns brought out by grilling. The prawns are very fresh and I hope they will always be this way when I visit this eatery again.
