Mont Kiara is a bit out of the way from central KL, and I wouldn’t recommend travelling out there for this. However, if you’re nearby and have exhausted your usual places, it might be worth your while.

[Pork-free] Canvassis one of the best new eateries we’ve tried in 2020 - offfering Nordic-inspired cuisine with a focus on “sustainable hedonism”.
Reasons to visit Canvass KL: sustainable hedonism, enlightened hospitality, biodiversity, fermentation, delicious and affordable food and cocktails, lovely venue.
Overall, we found the food at Kopenhagen Coffee Kapas to be decent, but the space is very much the main attraction for us. The service is wonderful too.
