Their Tofu Sambal was really good. Mildly sweet and spicy, the Tofu itself was fresh and as a total preparation, it was very tasty. Similarly, their Mashed Potato was another delight on it's own. If you have been following my blogs for a while, you would have noticed that I would always need to have some curry to go with my rice. Today, that was not necessary as the potato itself went so well with the rice. I would rate both of these at 8/10.
The Mutton Perattal was cooked with lots of potatoes, just the way I love it and it came in some thick gravy. Not much bones and decent lean cuts were used. The spices were perfect too. My rating for this shall be 8/10
Their Nasi Lemak Bungkus is probably two and a half times larger than the standard ones that you would get and the price is RM 3.00 each which I felt to be quite reasonable. Flavours wise, it's very Indian and lots of spices had been used to prepare the Sambal. There were lot's of Fried Peanuts as well and they too were fresh and crunchy. There's a huge, thinly fried egg that covers the entire Nasi Lemak packet as well. This I felt was a tad too thin. If they wanted to limit the egg used, that's fine but don't fry it to such a thin layer as it seems like you don't really get an egg taste to it. Overall, I would say that it was a good packet of Nasi Lemak. Very Indianised flavours and is not to be compared to the Malaysian version of this dish. My rating for this shall be 8/10.
Their Grilled Pepper & Garlic Prawns were just awesome. It's slightly on the spicy side but I am very sure that all of you would love it as much as we did. My rating for this shall be 10/10.
Their Aloo Paratha is one of the best that I have tasted and each visit here, it is a compulsory item for me. The filling is really thick and even one bread fills you up. The texture was really soft and their spicy Masala Potato filling was heavenly. My rating for this bread is 10/10
The first thing to be served is the Aloo Paratha. I must confess that this was just awesome. The filling was so thick so much so you could actually taste a thick delicious paste of masala potatoes. It won't be wrong to say that this was one of the best Aloo Paratha's that I have tasted. It was so good that I wouldn't mind skipping all the other dishes that we had ordered. My rating for this would be 10/10
The last dish that we had ordered was Mutton Keema. This was really good. They had used hand pulled mutton instead of minced mutton which is the easier alternative. The flavours were amazingly good as well. 9/10 shall be my rating for this dish
