We ordered the Seafood Marinara which is a tomato based pasta with an array of scallop, sea prawn, squid, white clams and slipper lobster. As you can see, BLab is quite generous in terms of the amount of seafood that they serve here. The seafood is not the tiny ones but reasonable sized ones. Taste wise, it was quite good, but I prefer the garlic chili prawn linguine more.

One of a wine spot that got into my friends list is The Barn at 1 Mont Kiara. With one of the latest outlet operating at Pavilion KL, it do bring joy to some of my friend that work around that area. Decent to good wines, it is best to go pair along with a nice snacks or mains. The service here was generally efficient. The place got a bit crowded after a while as it was lunch hour hence getting a staff to you did take a while. I asked for additional sambal which took a while to get. Anyway, I would recommend this place for the food and pleasant dining experience. I have not tried their western food but should I do, you guys will be the first one to know.

Overall Rating: 7/10. The prices aren't the cheapest, but our meals were substantial. I think most diners don't mind paying a bit more for the comfort of a cozy environment nonetheless. I'd like to return on another weekend for a leisure dinner.

The sausages prove juicy & easy to enjoy - two of us easily finished five hot dogs (though we likely left behind some bread). Note however that the infusion of elements like cinnamon may turn out to be more subtle than expected, supplying nuanced dimensions of flavour instead of knock-out dynamics. There's potential for slow-burning pleasure, but probably no fireworks.

Best Haus’ Pork Ribs, 36.80 ringgit. The pork ribs was da bomb! Not much effort was needed to separate the meat from the bones because it literally falls of it with ease. It was sweet, succulent, tender, chewy all in one. It tasted awesome, real good that the plate was empty within minutes. I only wish that they gave me a bigger pieces because it was not nearly enough, lol. Moreeeee, I need moreeeeee! The salad on the side was refreshing. Plenty of green, tomatoes and a fruit – I cant remember what it is referred as but I do not come across many eateries that serves their greens with this particular fruit – it however works, it provided that ‘kick’, a lil sweet and a lil bitterness to it.

Depending on individual, it might looks a bit pricy for some, but if you fancy a excellent ambience for your lunch / dinner, then strongly recommend this place. Eating is not just to fill the stomach, you can do that with mixed rice, but it's the entire package, environment, ambience, smell, music, style, serving and etc. This is what Ben's in BSC offer, and I would definitely come back for any lazy afternoon that I just want a place to stretch myself for a lazy lunch/dinner.
