What do We Like about Mr Wu, Taman Eng Ann? -Many varieties of Taiwanese foods to choose from -The fried outer layer of chicken and pork chop were crispy and tasty -The set meals came with many side dishes to make a sumptious meal
The Bengali bread was as fresh as could be and steamed and toasted to perfection with thick slices of SCS butter and lovely thick and pasty Kaya.
Taste was general but a bit pricey at rm$7.50 for a bowl of noodle in a Medan Selera.
Price wasn't too bad, as 6 items was less then rm$6.
I'd rate the food at best average!
The Hakka Noodles is excellent – the handmade noodles are al dente and springy, mixed well with tasty minced pork and meatballs. The minced pork black sauce was just perfect - not too sweet nor too oily goes wonderfully coating each strand of the slippery noodles, so yummy!
Very unique herbs with gravy rather than soup based. The pork is really tender & juicy from the long hours of boiling & simmering.
I enjoyed scrapping bottom and scooping it up and mixing it with my rice. Delightful
Regardless of what others say, I'd say Fatman Curry Mee here at Medan Selear Taman Eng Ann is very nice! Tender chicken with lots of Tau Fu Pok, taugeh, and a slice of boiled egg, curry is milky and flavoful for me, I like it.
The shop was decent looking so I decided to give a try.
