Tangs Food Court (a.k.a. Tangs Market) is the small food court in the basement of Tangs department store at Orchard Road. It may not have widest selection of hawker food, but to us, it is possibly the nicest food court in Orchard, Singapore. Here is a quick look at the stalls available there.
Sinpopo TANGS review with pictures of menu with prices, restaurant interior, satay, nasi lemak, Cod hor fun, puloh hitam cake, teh tarik ...
It's a nice place to take a break from all the window shopping or actual shopping with bags and bags of loots.
Tasted much like the one I had at Nam Kee which kinda figures since both Tangs Market and Nam Kee are run by Fei Xiong.
The eponymous signature Dancing Fish ($37) is a must-try.
The prices are reasonable and if we overeat, we can walk off the calories by more shopping in Tangs.
Dancing Fish Signature has yet to disappoint in the visits we've made.
With its excellent location in town, I am already putting this as a good recommendation to dine in Orchard Road.
The laksa gravy was tasty ok, but. For me, laksa is not laksa without cockles.
The food isn't great but it generally passes muster.
